Crown of Thorns has a strict policy for handling customer information and refunds. The information you provide to Crown of Thorns is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. Crown of Thorns will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer. For complete details, please review the following policies: Crown of Thorns ships all orders (excluding international) within 2 business days. All orders within the United States are shipped USPS priority mail. Normal delivery is 2-4 business days excluding Sundays and Holidays. You will be notified by email of any delay in your order. Internationl orders are shipped when funds have cleared the bank usually 2-4 business days. International orders are shipped using USPS. Normal delivery times vary usually 10-14 business days, not including weekends or holidays. 10-14 business days does not begin until the package leaves the post office. Crown of Thorns is not responsible for any international order once is clears customs. You will be notified by email of any delay in your order. Returns If the product you have received is defective or we ship you the wrong item we will gladly replace it. We will pay for shipping and handling.( USPS priority mail) If you order the wrong size shirt we will replace it, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return. All items returned must be in the same condition as received. All returns or exchanges must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Refunds If not totally satisfied, a full refund will be issued upon receipt of returned item. Fraudulent Orders If the owners of Crown of Thorns are suspicious of a fraudulent order, a thorough check will be done prior to the completion of that order. Including, but not limited to Address, telephone and credit card number verification. If the above verification is not acceptable to our terms, the order will not be processed and all information will be turned over to the correct authorities.
